Manufactured in the UK

WaveTame Technologies manufacture electrically conductive gaskets, materials and components for the control of radio frequency interference (RFI) and Electromagnetic interference (EMI) in electrical and electronic applications. Allied to this is our thermal management range of materials which includes thermal interface materials (TIM’s) thermal pads, thermal adhesives and gap pads and fillers. We specialise in low to medium volume production and welcome the opportunity to support development and pre-production projects .

Accredited to ISO9001:2008 and holding large stocks of raw material we pride ourselves on friendly helpful service, short lead times, low cost tooling for custom gasket requirements and right first time deliveries.

WaveTame Technologies, situated on the Sussex / Kent borders has staff with many years practical experience in managing radio frequency interference and heat dissipation, and we are ideally placed to assist with both new designs and identification and supply of hard to find legacy products.

Certified to ISO9001:2008 we provide batch traceability for all we supply. We have a fully equipped test laboratory and are able to produce first article inspection reports alongside our standard certificate of conformity if required.

From the mid 1970’s Warth International Ltd established an enviable reputation for high quality thermal management and EMC products under its brand names Zemrex and Koolpad.

Unfortunately its leading position as ‘A reliable force in electronics’ wasn’t enough to save the firm from acquisition and closure in 2006. It was apparent that there was still a demand for the high quality Warth products and in 2007 a number of former Warth employees established WaveTame Technologies.

We have full knowledge of Warth’s complete range of standard and custom parts so customers who are searching for legacy Zemrex or Koolpad components or assistance in defining new thermal management or EMC / RFI shielding applications, once again have access to a huge repository of expertise and knowledge.

Located in the beautiful countryside of the Kent / Sussex borders just outside the historic village of Hartfield on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, we enjoy working in relaxed and calming surroundings..
